TRAVEL Saturday 5th April Coach from TPS (Tesco Car Park) to Kings Cross St Pancras – 5.30am Prompt Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord– 8.01am Arrive in Paris 11.22am - Coach to Hotel Travel between venues will be walking and Paris Metro. Monday 7th April 7pm Coach from Hotel to Paris Gare du Nord Eurostar to London – 21.10pm Coach to arrive at TPS (Tesco Car Park)approx 12.30am Limited space on Eurostar for luggage!

ACCOMODATION • FIAP Jean Monnet • 30 rue Cabanis • 75014 Paris • Tel: 0033 1 43 13 17 17 • www.fiap.asso.fr • Shared rooms of between 3 and 7 students to be during the next two weeks. • All ensuite with washbasins and showers – sheets and blankets included, no towels supplied– continental breakfast included – self-service restaurant for evening meals – vending machines – internet access. • Respect - sensible behaviour - remain in rooms – noise level - clothing

  4. MUSEUMS & GALLERIES • - Le MaisonEuropeene • de la Photographie. • - The Georges Pompidou • - La Louvre • - Musee d’Orsay • - l’Orangerie

  5. SIGHTS • Montparnasse Tower - River Seinne Cruise– Notre Dame

  6. RECORDING ART Cameras Sketchbooks Drawing Equipment There will be competitions with prizes!

  7. CLOTHING Come prepared for cold/wet weather and plenty of walking! Bring a small bag for days out.

  8. MONEY Breakfast and evening Meals are included and we will not have time for shopping other than lunch snacks, museum and gallery shops. • Souvenirs • Snacks for the journeys. • + £7 Montparnasse Tower Saturday, Sunday and Monday lunches and Monday evening food during travel. Keep money to a minimum as it will be brought at your own risk. Get converted to Euros in advance!

  9. FOOD • Continental Breakfasts on Sunday and Monday mornings. • Kiosk/patisserie lunches on Sunday and Monday. • Hot evening meal at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday. • Limited opportunity to buy snacks. • Saturday afternoon and Monday evening meals! • Make sure that we are aware of any allergies or specific requirements as a matter of urgency!

  11. FOR YOU • Students will be provided with the following: • Emergency contact card with phone numbers and hotel address. • Emergency phrase sheet for directions. • Map of immediate area.
