  2. WHAT IS JAHIS?   JAHIS (Japanese Association of Healthcare Information Systems Industry) was established in April 1994. Currently it has 309 member companies, including major electric appliances companies such as Panasonic, NEC, Fujitsu . JAHIS plays an essential role in the field of information system in health, medical care and welfare services. Workshop on Standardization in E-health

JAHIIS promotes the concept of medical information systems, specifically focusing the development of electronically processing medical images, medical records and receipts. 2.
