  1. Giving Smoking Up - The Side Effects What are the main smoking cessation effects that you'll experience? This is the main question on your mind while you're thinking about quitting the habit that you know is slowly but SURELY killing you. You don't want to end up with heart disease, a heart attack, a stroke, or painful and agonizing lung cancer. But you're afraid to quit anyways aren't you? You're afraid of the pain that you're about to experience. Of the discomfort that you're sure that you're going to feel in the next coming weeks or months. You're afraid of failing. You're afraid of all of these, and more, smoking cessation effects. Well, you're right to be afraid. Not because it's as dreadful as you think it is, but because it's something new. Your mind is conditioned to be afraid of change and the unknown because that's how it reacts to emergency situations. In order for you to get through it, your mind must manipulate your body chemically and get through the emergency situation. Is quitting smoking an emergency? It certainly.Ok, so what are the smoking cessation effects that you're going to be dealing with here? First of all, let me say that it might not actually be as bad as you're assuming it will be. There are certain things that you can do to get through those the discomfort and suffering that many people go through. More on that in a minute! Some of the smoking cessation effects will be irritability. Your body will be mad because it's not getting what it wants, therefore making you somewhat unpleasant to be around.During this period your body will be in withdrawal from the nicotine. Now the good news is that it doesn't take all that long for the nicotine to leave your body, just a few days. Once the nicotine is out of your body then cravings will start to subside. To help you can eat some chocolate...this is to get the feel good chemicals in your brain pumping, and bring on much of the same effect as the nicotine gives. You may feel a little dizzy at times. This is reportedly due to the blood sugar levels in your body lowering. This has to do with the chemical reactions in the body from the nicotine. The good thing is that with the nicotine gone, and not coating your mouth and taste buds you'll be able to taste food again, like you probably haven't in the longest time.Of course there are other things that you may experience, you may even become mildly depressed, and you'll probably want to smoke. Duh.The you need to know for sure is that the smoking cessation effects aren't as bad as you're probably making them out to be in your own mind. You CAN get through them, and the benefits by far outweigh the short time that you'll suffer during your smoking cessation. https://supplementsbureau.com/the-quit-smoking-protocol-review/ https://diethours.com/miracle-moringa-review/ https://diethours.com/sin-diabetes-ya-revision/ https://diethours.com/activox-review/
