Maintenance Requests (Work Order) • Members can register their maintenance requests online (e.g.: carpenter needed to fix window). • Members can also register maintenance requests by sending SMS ! • Facility manager can view the pending work orders and act on them. • Updates can be sent through email / sms. • Members can provide feedback on the work done. • Generate periodic reports to see number of work orders raised, average time taken to attend, etc
