  1. Call to Order !!!ATTENTION!!! STOLEN LAPTOP Officer Hollins received a report that a student at AFSIVA stole a school laptop. He travels to the students house and when the student opens the door. Officer Hollins pushes his way past the student and into the house. Officer Hollins finds the laptop and promptly arrests the student. Was this action legal or illegal? Why?

  8. Slander or Libel? At the high school student government elections, Randy got up and said that a well known parent in the community has been stealing students’ electronics from school. Randy had no evidence to prove this.

  9. 4th Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
