REFERENCE SECTION (COLLECTION) • Latest Reference material such as Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Standards, Handbooks, etc. in the field of engineering. • Government documents such as News Bulletins, statistical reports, Budgets and Government Financial Reports. • Textbooks to facilitate students and faculty members • Professional Librarians to provide reference services.

  4. NON BOOK MATERIAL SECTION • Non Book Material includes • Maps, Charts, Almanacs • Encyclopedias ( Electronic Format) • Dictionaries (Electronic Format) • Engineering Software's, Solution Manuals, Proceedings

  5. PERIODICAL SECTION • Yearly subscription of journals and magazines. • Table of Contents of subscribed Research Journals available since 1999. • 9 Daily Newspapers in 3 languages available for members

  7. CIRCULATION SECTION Facility for all members including faculty members, students and research scholars. Patrons borrow books for defined loan period based on their category of membership. Availability of books for borrowing can be viewed online. Members can view due dates of books on loan through Portal service. Automated Notices for Over due Books sent through Email

  8. BOOK BANK SECTION A unique service Specifically for Undergraduate Students. Collection consists of mainly text books. Book Bank issues up to 6 books for a semester at nominal cost Schedule for each semester and section arranged in collaboration with the class advisors to ensure fair distribution among disciplines

THE DIGITAL LIBRARY SECTION • Equipped with 65 latest configuration Desktop PC’s • Frequently used software installed • Microsoft Office • Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Project, • MATLAB & AUTOCAD • Laser Printing • Scanning of Reference Material • CD Copying of Reference Material • Support for E- resources

SPECIALIZED LIBRARY SERVICES • Literature Search ServiceThe Library provides literature search service to its members, Professional Librarians dedicated for support and literature search services. Request can be made by filling in the Literature Search Service Request. • Inter Library Loan Service(ILL)The Inter Library Loan service provides the borrowing of books, periodicals and other publications you wish to consult, from other libraries to cater to your needs. • Outreach serviceThis service has been specifically designed for those people who are not at present associated with NED   University but would like to make use of the specialized resources available at the library of the university.
