Projects under implementation Priority Axis 5: Technical Assistance BG16M1OP001-5.001-0004 Quantitative Risk Assessment and Improvement the Efficiency of the Bulgarian Public Transport Ports of National Importance Grant Contract №: DOPTTI-4 of 10.03.2016 Grant Amount: 830 000,00 BGN Term of Project completion: 31.08.2017 Main objective of the project is the improvement of the efficiency and competitiveness of the Bulgarian public transports of national importance through the development and validation of the methods for quantitative risk assessment, periodic reassessment of risk and on this basis – planning of investment and other measures to continuously improve the efficiency of the ports and minimize risks. For the implementation of the main project activities was signed Contract № DEP-2/01.12.2015 with DZZD PORT RISK MANAGEMENT.

Projects under implementationPriority Axis 5: Technical Assistance Results of the completed project activities: • Development of methodology for quantitative risk assessment; • Quantitative risk assessment of 1 river and 1 sea port; • Developed model of systematic administration of quantitative assessment and management of the risk; • Prepared proposals for legislative changes in the LMSSIWPRB: • Amendment and supplement to art. 103, para. 2. it. 5; • Amendment and supplement to art. 104; • Supplement to art. 112c, para. 2; • Amendment to art. 112o; • Supplement to art. 115m; • Amendment and supplement to art. 115u; • Proposal for updating of the Programme ( art. 115u of the LMSSIWPRB)

Projects under implementationPriority Axis 5: Technical Assistance BG16M1OP001-5.001-0006 Design and Implementation of Integrated Information System (IIS) for the Planning and Management of Resources in BPI CO. Grant Contract №: DOPTTI-6 of 27.04.2016 Grant amount: 5 367 616,20 BGN. Term of Project completion: 14.10.2018 Main objective of the Project is strengthening and improvement the efficiency of the administrative capacity of the Beneficiary towards a modern and efficient management of the resources of the company by implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning system Contracts with Contractors: Contract № DEP-1/25.05.2016 with STEMO Ltd. and Contract № 21/18.03.2015 and DEP-12/09.06.2016 with Information Services JSC

Projects underi implementationPriority Axis 5: Technical Assistance Results of the completed project activities : • Prepared analysis and Technical specification; • Prepared inception report for completion of the deliveries and services under the project • Prepared detailed Concept for Implementation of the Integrated Information System (IIS); • Delivered software and licenses to work with the system and built hardware infrastructure; Pending implementation: • Installing and configuring of IIS; • Acceptance testing of the system in actual operation; • Personnel training; • Support for IIS after deployment. IIS productive start is scheduled for January 1, 2017.

Projects in process of preparation Priority axis 4: Innovations in Management and Services - Establishment of Modern Infrastructure for Traffic Management and Transport Safety Improvement • Territorial extension of the scope and upgrading of the Vessel Traffic Management information System (VTMIS) – Phase 4” Estimated budget: 9 500 000 BGN. • Delivery, Installation and Implementation of the port reception facilities (PRF) in the Bulgarian public transport ports of national importance Estimated budget: 15 000 000 BGN. • Development of Port Community System Estimated budget: 9 800 000 BGN. Priority axis 5: Technical Assistance • Elaboration of Feasibility study for Implementing of Port Community System - PCSEstimated budget: 370 000 BGN.
