Korea Regional Alliance – SEOUL 2010 • Activities • Developed BIM guideline for a public organization • Developed Open BIM based design competition guideline for Korea Power Exchange Building relocation project(building size: 28000m2) • Developing BIM roadmap development with PPS(Public Procurement Service) • Currently developing BIM Guidelines for PPS to adopt Open BIM for the governmental buildings • Governmental R&D Projects • Nationally distributed National BIM roadmap and Guideline Project • High Rise building Project with BIM is ongoing (National R&D project) • Open BIM based traditional Korea style building design system development project ongoing (National R&D project) • Open BIM Education • Open BIM education focusing on execution project from initial stage to final construction with CERIK(Construction and Economy Research Institute of Korea) • Open BIM Awards • BIM Awards for each construction area (vision, green, design and construction) • Priorities • IFC implementation Quality • Standard BIM Quality Assurance Guidelines • Global BIM standard guideline for each discipline
