Power of the Team Thanks to teams -– big play, dom st, samba, team of teachers I observed - high quality lessons, acting on feedback; what do you contribute to the team the power of a name; be like... (big play); Summary – power of AF teams enables us to provide high quality teaching, engage and motivate children and young people in Leeds, provide large scale performance opportunities for Leeds schools

Power of the teacher • share with colleague one occasion where you have positively influenced behaviour, think about one where your reaction ended negatively – don’t share, highlights from lesson obs – what is outstanding provision? Do you know what is expected? Do you know how you could improve? Do you know how you can get help to improve? RS ask those questions later this session; EgJosh behaviour feedback – we don’t know what we don’t know; Observations – how many have had an impact? Be brave, be open; learn by observing others • ;
