EHSRAs EHSRAs : Environmental Health and Safety Retrofitting Audits Purpose: • Document current building equipment and departmental ownership • Motor specifications involved in HVAC control • Air filter locations • Ventilation pipe widths • Rooms served by air handling units (AHUs) • Location and areas affected by dampers • Model numbers for equipment & sensors • VAV box model number & box locations • Inputs & outputs of VAV (including location of device communicating info) • Areas affected by VAV • Number, model, & locations of light fixtures • Location of outlets & outlet specifications Tasks: • Record building maintenance and operations information • Develop preventative maintenance procedures (ISO 50001)
