Highlight of Activities since GRSC 12 • Members of the Task Group have been in contact mainly by e-mail but on some issues by phone . • The major changes in standardisation appear to have come from ETSI and are detailed in the next slide. • All task Group members contacted have expressed concern with the changes from analogue to digital television and the effects on the current sharing of this spectrum by radio microphones.

Highlight of Changes since GSC-12 • In March 2008, ETSI published a revised Radio microphone standard EN 300-422 which includes Digital modulation with increased power limits. • ETSI members (in co-ordination with CEPT) are in the process of considering compatibility issues for L band use for Radio Microphones. See ETSI TR 102-546. • The revised cordless audio standard EN 301-357 has been sent out for final vote, the revisions mainly address methods' of measurement for the Band II low power devices when using the 12v cigarette lighter adaptors (CLA). • Copies of all the above can be found at: http://portal.etsi.org/docbox/Workshop/GSC/GRSC_WP1_radio_mics/ETSI%20deliverables/
