  19. Reducing Re-offenders Dear City Limits Just to say thank you for helping Me win the lottery. This is what it feels like to me. I start at the butchers On Monday and it is a good feeling. Thanks for all the support you have given me.

Hidden Benefits • Give individuals a role and value in society • Improve individuals well being and quality of life • Prevent discrimination, isolation and segregation • The right job match can minimise the risk of employees becoming ill in the first place • Improve employee retention by supporting them during periods of illness and transition • Dramatically reduce government spending (absence due to sickness in UK - £12 billion each year)
