  4. Doel van onderzoek • Bepalen van angststoornissen bij Vlaamse patiënten met BPI • Bepalen van stoornissen in alcoholgebruik bij Vlaamse patiënten met BPI • Nagaan of deze stoornissen de beginleeftijd van Vlaamse BPI-patiënten beïnvloeden

  5. Onderzoeksmethode • Populatie • 69 patiënten met BPI in remissie • Diagnostische methode (ondervraging) • 43 patiënten met MINI-PLUS • 26 patiënten met SCID-I/P • Statische analyse • SPSS uitgevoerd

  6. Resultaten • Angststoornissen: 24,6% (algemene bevolking: 13,2%) • Paniekstoornissen • Sociale fobie • Posttraumatische stressstoornis • Stoornissen in alcoholgebruik: 21,7% (algemene bevolking: 13,2%) • Alcoholmisbruik • Alcoholafhankelijkheid • Beginleeftijd: geen samenhang
