The Aim of the Project • The aim of this project is to model the future education needs and methods, with a special emphasis on network-based education (NBE) and mobile technologies. • During the research project, the new integrated model will be created, applied and evaluated in selected case studies with company partners, aiming at novel applications in the field. Research Training • The primary objective of research training is to promote training-through-research, especially of young researchers within the frame of national and international collaboration. • The doctoral students who are doing research in the MOMENTS project form the research training group. • An annual research training seminar will be organised in Finland during the project.   11. Research Training • One of the international consortium members give a short course on specific topic during the research training seminar. • The doctoral students are required to present their work on seminars as well as in international conferences. • The outcome of the research training will be 4-5 doctoral theses, several international refereed conference papers and journal articles.
