Schengen Visa • IAQG Members are responsible to check the need of a Schengen visa or not • If visa isneededplease contact the nearestConsulate / Embassy for application (Belgian or Schengen countries) • Contact Alain Bonnard (alain.bonnard@asd-europe.org) in case thereis a need to get an invitation letter as part of the visa application process Bottom line: Proceed as earliest possible to getyour visa (if any) in order to preventbad surprise!
