This report provides an update on the discussion of membership categories, roster figures, and the progress of the Modularization project in the Steering Committee. It also includes information on the change in name for MilDex and the completion of nation-specific reviews.

SC 29.00 • Report from Council • DIG and CAWG will lose the vote in the council • After that an formal voting in the parent organizations is done. • NSPA have applied for a full SC membership • Only some small adjustment to correct before this is done. • From SC suggested membership categories have been discussed in the council and some corrections done.

  4. SC 29.00 • Clean-up in the rosters • Why? • (one example); EPWG can´t today find any new chair, co-chair or secretary. • Normally only 8 – 10 members (of 51) shows up on the web meetings

  5. SC29.00 • More roster figures • Only 130 of 258 members have logged in 2016 • 14 have never logged in • 52 have not have joined any Working Groups or Task Teams • Some NUG figures • 5 from Norway • 3 from Denmark • 18 from Sweden

SC 29.00 • Sweden roster • 18 members • Five deactivated 2016-05-12 • Two that never logged in • Two that had the last login in 2009 • One that had the last login in 2012 • Sorting have been done due to the following three criteria's • Included in the national organization – SOFF • Representing FMV • By membership category; • Member emeritus • Invited expert

  7. Modularization • Next issue of the specification • Issue 5.0? (including modularization) • Issue 4.3? (101 CPF in the Specring today) • SMTT is restarted and should create and bring forward an “real” example for the UK suggestion for modularization • PPTT will go thru the 101 CPF to get a opinion for the technical impact on issue 4.1(2). • End date for these action is before the UF – SC will if possible give the user community one future development plan/roadmap (Modularization or not)

  8. SC 29.00 • Steering Committee´s main focus at the moment are: • Issue 4.2, that include: • Chapter review • Editing team END SC Report

DIG - Mildex • MilDex Change name to “S1000D DIG Business Rules” • Move from excel to word • All nation has finished there review • Cost factors is still there • 18 decisions taken the rest is project/organization specific • Nations/organization participating • Sweden • Netherlands • UK • US • NSPA • Germany • Turkey
