  1. Healthy Evening Munchies The weather is constantly changing and the hang-ups in our routine lifestyle are increasing. As our sedentary lifestyle grows more on us and we become more unhealthy,, the concept of healthy evening snacks is slowly becoming a must. Why? Most of us hold a sedentary, unhealthy lifestyle. It comes from unhealthy munching, junk food (for meals), almost or absolutely no physical form of workout or physical activity, etc. By now, we are sure you realize that something needs to change. Here’s a start for you. How? In this article, we would like to discuss a few guilt-free snacks that will allow you to munch without worrying about the many added calories. Read up below: 1.Energy bar Energy bar - undoubtedly, one of the best, healthiest food creations made by mankind. They are designed keeping in mind one’s fitness. Whether you're looking for a nutritious, on-the-go option to tide you over between meals or a portable snack to maintain muscle mass between workouts, low-sugar, high protein bars are often the answer to your nutritional needs. As the name suggests, they are bars made of protein and other healthy ingredients. In variation, there are also sugar free protein bars, low- cal protein bars, high protein bars, etc. They also come in various mouth-watering flavours such as peanut butter, vanilla, cookie and cream, chocolate, strawberry, cherry, dark chocolate, etc. 2. Toasts Your crisp everyday favourites are now being made in whole-grain and in oh-so-many flavours. They come with toppings like cinnamon powder, embedded dry fruits, even choco chips sometimes, etc. They are often had and enjoyed with tea, coffee, green tea and more. Apart from the items listed above, there’s always a healthy, wholesome sandwich to satisfy the hunger, a green leafy bowl of salad made with your favourite light and healthy sauces, dry fruits to keep you full, healthy crackers for you to munch on, etc. People usually start by making their switch from their normal cooking oil to olive oil and from their normal fat milk to skimmed milk. Little steps for a bigger tomorrow. It’s time to make the switch and we truly hope that you do. Afterall, a healthy lifestyle is a priceless possession. 3. Protein cookies Yes, they exist and they are truly oh-so-delicious! If you know how to bake cookies, you definitely know how to bake protein cookies too. They can be made in various shapes, sizes and flavours of one's choice. The key ingredient here shall be the whey protein powder to add the right amount of protein to these crunchy protein cookies. If made correctly, these cookies can also be freezed for a good couple of months and they would still remain good-to-go.
