  5. Asset Allocation – February 2010 International equity refers to both developed and emerging market equity. At the moment our preferred split is 95% developed markets and 5% emerging markets. Domestic bonds refers to investment grade corporate as well as government bonds. At the moment our preferred split is 70% non-government investment grade and 30% government bonds. Alternative fixed income includes exposure to emerging market debt, global high yield and global convertible bonds. 5
