  2. About Oklahoma Works Oklahoma Works' vision is to align resources, education, training and job opportunities to build Oklahoma's workforce. Oklahoma Works' strategic priorities are coordinated by the Governor’s Council for Workforce and Economic Development.

  5. Oklahoma Works aims on the initiatives to reduce the skills gap by strengthening both ends of the talent pipeline and increasing engagement of employers and jobseekers.

  6. Oklahoma Works has a Local Workforce Development Boards which strive to link Oklahomans with workforce services. Serve as connectors to local Oklahoma Works, American Job Centers that deliver services to workers and employers.
