Think differently about technology and technological change than mediocre ones. Avoid fads and bandwagons in technology. Become pioneers in the application of carefully selected technologies.

  2. Does the technology fit the Hedgehog Concept? If Yes… If No… Become a pioneer in the application of that technology! Use the technology to do what your competitors are doing or justignore it!
