  2. Fixeren • Het potje met de biopten bevat gebufferde formaldehyde 4% • Liefst 24u fixatie, maar dunne biopten kunnen sneller verwerkt worden(Pathos) Nascholing huisartsen 2010

In situ(DCIS).+/-M.Paget • Invasief:invasief ductaal carc.(+ of – uitgebreid DCIS of M.Paget). • Invasief lobulair carc. • Medullair carcinoom • Mucineus carc.(colloidcarc.) • Tubulair carc. • Invasief papillair carc. • Adenoid cystisch carc. • Andere zeldzame carcinomen

  10. Pathologie • Gradering mammacarcinoom vls.Bloom&Richardson ,I,II,III. • Buisvorming 0-10%:3p,10-75%:2p,75-100%:1 punt. • Polymorfie;gering 1p,matig:2p,sterk:3 punten. • Mitosen0-7:1p,7-13:2p,13 en meer:3p • 3,4,5,p=gr.I 6,7p=gr.II 8,9p= gr.III

  11. Aanvullend onderzoek • Voor onzekere laesies • Voor aanvullende therapie: • ER PR Her2Neu Score 0 Tem Score 3+

  12. SWK-procedure • Aangeven:aantal SWK • Aantal positieve SWK • Aantal met macro/micrometa(0.2-2mm),geisoleerde tumorcellen

  16. ER-positief +/- 80%

  17. Her2-neu neg(1+)
