Target audience around 6 line Managers to become Project Sponsors Cost per company 2 x chargeable days (Additional day spent Scoping potential projects with BB’s) Objective – to raise awareness and support for 6 Sigma On site support for 5 months – 1 day per month to complete second project Cost per company 5 x chargeable days Objective – to gain certified status for BB’s. Off site combined delivery to multiple audience, ideally 12 candidates, 2 per company. Additionally one day per company in between each training phase to review project progress with BB. Duration of 4 weeks in between each training phase. Objective – BB’s to deliver a project whilst being trained in DMAIC methodology.
