PROJECT OBJECTIVE • To evaluate the various opportunities in the embedded software services sector for TTL – • To project overall Embedded software market potential (US/Europe/India/Rest of World) • To segment all available opportunities in embedded software services across different sectors or verticals • To segment all opportunities relevant to existing service sector portfolio of the TTL such as Automotive and Aviation etc. • To prepare a portfolio embedded software services that could be offered to the existing accounts of the TTL

PROJECT SCOPE • Embedded electronics is becoming pervasive, whether it is in the form of consumer devices, handheld and multimedia devices, automotive or medical devices. • Thus this project will – • identify the available market for the embedded software services and then segment them – • Region wise • Sector wise • Skill set wise • Highlight possible services portfolio extension for the existing accounts, • Prepare a strategy or roadmap to highlight the scope for offering such services after taking into account current portfolio of services • To identify the competitors and complete SWOT analysis of TTL for Embedded software services • Developing strategy for IP(Intellectual Property) development in the embedded software services area and analyze competitor revenues from the IPs
