Usul PGRI: Guru Swasta • Kontrak kerja guru swasta dg badan penyelenggara pendidikan • Pengangkatan sebagai CPNS atau guru tetap, termasuk PNS DPK • Subsidi tunjangan fungsional • Sertifikasi dan memperoleh TPG • Tunjangan khusus, bagi yg bekerja di daerah khusus • Penetapan penghasilan minimal yang disubsidi dlm APBN • Diperlakukan setara dengan PNS (pangkat, jabatan, pembinaan profesi, dan pengakuan pengabdian)
