  20. Effective resource use! 1. PH SMT meeting agenda The agenda needs to be planned, structured and proactive. 2. Teeswide ‘lead’ issues The structure, processes & outcomes of issues that are Teeswide need to be discussed jointly and understood. 3. PH colleagues in training The workload for each colleague in the training programme should be made known to improve the quality of experience in the Directorate for all.
