Public Act 04-226 AAC Telecommunications Coverage Plans • Municipalities must report their infrastructure by October 1, 2004, and annually thereafter • The Council must compile and maintain a comprehensive database of all sites (January 1, 2006) • Municipalities may develop their own coverage plans(January 1, 2007) • Council must provide technical assistance upon request(January 1, 2007) • Council must develop a state-wide plan of development(September 1, 2006)
