  3. 2.格式 • 放在前金國小的公布欄 • 請先把總表的節數填入各領域計畫 • 領域計畫做好，再貼回總表 • 完成請一定要在再三確認節數，和融入或加入的課程是否填寫完畢，要附的教案是否有放。 • 再寄回總表和領域課程表給學年主任。

  4. 3繳交日期 (6/17星期二) • 初審6/20(星期五)，學年主任還要檢查，並彙整。 • 請大家要確認再寄，才不會要修改。
