  2. 1. First visit1.1. Gynae examination, colposcopy, cytology, breast exam1.2. “# zero” sonography (vitality, location)1.3. Detailed history, search for risk factors1.4. Midwifery support and exam1.5. Laboratory check: FBC, se-Fe, TIBC, urinalysis1.6. Serology: toxoplasma, HBV, lues1.7. Internist exam, dental check1.8. Follow-up appointment and arrange 12-week scan

  3. 2. 12-week scan. Determine vitality, EDD by CRL, malformation screen, aneuploidy scree (nuchal translucency). Perform 1st trimester biochemical screening or arrange for 2nd trimester biochemical screening at 16-week. Arrange for blood-grouping and serology.

  4. 3. At 18-week.:3.1. 2nd sonography screen with biochemistry result3.2. Diabetes screen with pp-Glucose3.3. Arrange for next visit in one month and FBC3.4. At 22-week 2nd toxoplasma serology3.5. US cervical assessment to screen for cx-insufficiency

  5. 4. At 22-28. weeks Monthly exam with basic tests. Vaginal exam, measurement of symphysis-fundus distance, FHR check, weightgain check, consider iron and vitamin D supplementationDietary and lifestyle advice, continuing support

  6. 5. Between weeks 28-32. 5.1 3rd sonography screen with blood-flow5.2. Blood-group serology5.3. 2nd diabetes screen (ppBS)5.4. FBC, urinalysis

  7. 6. 36. week and later6.1. 4th sonography check with blood-flow and placental grading6.2. FBC, urinalysis, ppBS result discussion6.3. Bishop score 6.4. Weekly NST6.5. At term NST/amnioscopy every other day 6.6. Weekly midwifery check, support, reassurance, preparation for labour and delivery
