When you received the Bill of lading from the Shipping company, you discovered that the required import documentation had become detached, and had not accompanied the Bill of Lading. However, the Bill of Lading refers to a shipment of Smirnoff Red. The consignment which you ordered was for five containers of Johnnie Walker Red. However the quantity received, when inspected, included one container that was delivered empty. The police have been informed.

The Letter of credit for the delivery of J&B (Yellow) shows 2 x 20 ft containers to be delivered. However, in error 1 container of J&B has been delivered.
