Proposed Plaza Project Central Plaza ( Restaurants & Kiosks ) Library Art Performance Center & Gallery The idea of creating a central plaza and integrating it with Qasr Al Hosn is one that is both valid and attractive as it offers us the opportunity to add other multi-functional facilities around the area while simultaneously rejuvenating the area. We want to create a space inhabitants of the city can escape temporarily from modernity in the city and from urban life. The area we have created achieves this. By creating three different functions surrounding the site we have rejuvenated it and hopefully created a lively interesting space. It will become a repository and museum depicting all aspects of UAE culture and a place for Emiratis to celebrate national triumphs.
