  3. Tender Search • Access the CPP portal http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app • Click on the Link ‘Active Tenders’ to search the tender

  4. Tender Search • Type “IBPS” in the search criteria “Keyword (Min 3 Char) & click on search button to search the tender. IBPS tender for RFP should be listed. • From listed tender under “Title & Ref No/ Tender ID” head, Ref. No. and Tender Id may be noted down. This information will be required to search the tender after log-in to portal. Tender ID – 2016_DIT_87029_1 Tender Ref No – STPI/HQ/PDC/09/2015-16/035

  5. Bidder Enrollment Process • Open CPP portal http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app • If not enrolled, click on ‘Online Bidder Enrollment’ button & fill all necessary details to complete the registration. • Use Class II or Class III Digital Certificates to participate in the Online Bidding.

  6. Add Tender to Favorite • After log-in to portal, search the Tender using Tender ID/Ref No & set it as Favorite. • After adding to favorite you may view the tender in “My Tenders” section.

  7. Download Tender Documents • Click on respective document links to download tender documents (RFP, BOQ, Corrigendum etc). • Read the RFP carefully and prepare all necessary documents required for technical bid and financial bid as mentioned in subsequent slides.

  8. Instructions for Preparing Technical Bid • Prepare Technical bid documents as mentioned in Clause 6.5 of RFP • The documents should be in PDF format • All documents should be signed and stamped by an authorized signatory

  9. Instructions for Preparing Financial Bid • The Financial Bid Template “BOQ_XXXX.xls” must not be renamed for any purpose (Must be same file name as downloaded). Renamed BOQ template will be rejected by the e-Procurement Portal. • Enable the Macros in Excel to view the contents of the BOQ. • Bidders are allowed to enter Bidder Name & values in editable cells only in the BOQ Document. • Use only Mouse Click to navigate between cells. • Do not use “TAB/ENTER” button while filling the excel. In such case, BOQ document may reject the changes made in the BOQ document. • Read RFP for different eligible seat criteria before filling Financial bid.

  10. Instructions for Preparing Financial Bid - Example 1. Open the BOQ File & enable the macros to view & fill the contents of the Financial Details.

  11. Instructions for Preparing Financial Bid - Example • Enter the name of Bidder. • Enter minimum average turnover in last three FY. Once Minimum average turnover is mentioned in the BOQ, the sheet automatically displays the maximum number of seats that can be applied for. • Enter the total number of seats you want to apply.   13. Bid Submission Process After preparing all documents for Technical and Financial bid, click on the “Proceed for Bid Submission” option

  14. Bid Submission Process Verify/ Edit the Bidder contact Details & Proceed Further.

  15. Bid Submission Process Enter the Tender Fees Details. Tender Fee Exemption is not allowed for IBPS tender.

  16. Bid Submission Process - Example 1. EMD Fee Exemption is not allowed in this Tender & EMD Fee is INR 5000 per seat. 2. Minimum EMD amount is (INR 5000 X 50 Seats i.e. INR 250000). The EMD calculation formula is (INR 5000 X Total No of Seats Applied). Total Seats Applied – 50 i.e. EMD amount is 50X5000 = 250000

  17. Bid Submission Process Verify the Total Fees details submitted & click on “Encrypt & Upload” button

  18. Bid Submission Process • Proceed further to upload the Technical & Financial documents. • Upload the Technical Documents in PDF form. • Upload the filled Financial Document in XLS form.

  19. Bid Submission Process • Upload the Technical Documents in PDF form & Click on Sign & Upload button.

  20. Bid Submission Process • Upload the Financial Document & Click on Sign & Upload button.

  21. Bid Submission Process • Once the documents are uploaded, click on Freeze Bid Submission to submit the Bids.

  22. Bid Submission Process • Upon Successful submission of Bids, Confirmation message is received. Bidders may take a print of this. • Please note that bidder is allowed edit and re-submit the bid any number of times before bid submission end date

  23. Bid Submission Process Bidders may track the status & progress of the Tender through the “Tender Status” option available in the e-Procurement Portal.
