  1. Welcome ToINTERNSHIP CLINIC Spring 2011 SEMESTER Internship Clinic: Spring 2011

  2. Eligibility for Internship: • Have you completed all your subjects? Internship ONLYafter completing all subjects. • However, students can go for Internship if they have ONE subject remaining, provided their CGPA is at least 3.00 & they have organized their own Internship placement. Internship Clinic: Spring 2011

  3. What to Do: • Submission of Résumés to OPA (4 Copies) • Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time. • Submission ofthe Organization’s Acceptance Letter to OPA. (Please follow this strictly) • Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor. • Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor. • Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor. • Submission of Final Report Internship Clinic: Spring 2011

  4. Mandatory Requirements: • Soft & Hard copy of Résumé with Recent Passport Size Photo- Must attach in word file. • Soft & Hard copy of Final Report • Valid E-mail Address Internship Clinic: Spring 2011

  5. Subject of the e-mail should be: • For Résumé: “Résumé – Summer 10: Student’s ID” Internship Clinic: Spring 2011

  6. Some Important Dates: • Résumé : by 31st January 2011 • Topic Selection : 10th February 2011 • Proposal : 24th February 2011 • First Draft : 31st March 2011 • Final Report : 10th April 2011 If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA under notification to the students. Proposal and Report Format: • Font : Times New Roman • Font Size : 12 • Title Font Size : 16 • Sub-Title Font Size : 14 • Margin : Left (1.25’’) Top-Bottom-Right (1.00’’) • Spacing : 1.5 • Alignment : Justify The Proposal should not be of more than 5 pages. The Internship Report must be not less than 50 pages. Internship Clinic: Spring 2011
