  23. Santa left the North Pole on his sleigh on Christmas Eve. As the sleigh was heavy with gifts the team of reindeer struggled with the first leg of the flight, where they aimed high in the sky to stay out of sight. Once above the clouds, Santa pulled back the reindeer to a hover, to allow them to take a few minutes rest. They then set off again more energetically. A little while later they arrived at their first stop where they dropped off their first load of presents. They then picked up pace again catching a downstream of wind to their next destination. Unfortunately, while Santa was sorting out presents for one particularly good boy, he realised he had left the bike he had requested in his wishlist back at the North Pole.
