Delhi NCR: With an increase in the interest for office space, the normal commercial real estate in top Indian urban cities is strongly believed to be at 40-45 million sq ft for every year until 2020, according to a report. A report on Commercial real estate by Cushman and Wakefield, Positive Disruptions-Beacons of Change was released which stated that the coming two years are probably going to witness an expansion in ventures into the office sector as new speculation review ventures come into existence.

The global MD of emerging business at RICS, SachinSandhir spoke, “The biggest change in the sector will be brought about by its institutionalization. As institutional investors gain ownership in commercial office assets, better corporate governance and best professional practices are slowly being adopted by the commercial real estate sector.”
