  5. Getting THE SEARCH STARTED • PREPARE YOUR TOOLS: LINKEDIN PROFILE, RESUME, SOCIAL MEDIA • FOCUS BUT BE WILLING TO CHANGE DIRECTION • RESOURCES: LINKED IN, INDEED, NETWORKING, TRADE ORGANIZATIONS, COMPANY WEBSITES, ETC. • CONSIDER THE COMPETITION • KEEP AN OPEN MIND
