He has been awarded Honorary Doctorate in Business and DESHAMANYA – Pride of the Nation by the Government of Sri Lanka. He has well over 25 years experience in Shrimp Aquaculture Industry in Sri Lanka. Mr Micheal Peiris – CEO Former Chief Manager of International Operations of Hatton National Bank PLC, Former Head of Trade Finance – Union Bank of Colombo Ltd, Secretary General & Past President of Trade Finance Association of Bankers. Having well over 25 years of Management Experience leading the business to the Success. Ms.K.A.Chamila Kuruwita - Group Accountant She holds a Bachelor of Business Management (MKT) Sp (2nd Upper) Degree from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and She is a Member of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. She has been one of the leading project managers in KPMG Ford Rhodes Thronton & Company for several years Mr.S.Kugaparan – Director Commercial More than 15 Years of Excellent Experience in Marketing of Aquaculture inputs such as Post Larvae, Prawn Feeds and Aquaculture Equipment etc. including Market Planning, Risk Analysis, Market Forecast, Import Procedures, Storage and Customer Distribution etc.

Sooriyakumar B.A – Chief Operating Officer More than 15 Years Excellent experience in the Shrimp Farming and Hatchery Operations including Banking and Finance, Accounting, Purchases, Transport, Storage, Inventory management and  Management Information System Development etc. Mr. H.M.J.B.Herath B.Sc. in Agriculture, Reading M.Sc. – Technical Director Holds B.Sc. in Agriculture from University of Peradeniya and reading M Sc in Aquaculture at the same University. He has more than 15 years of experience in Aquaculture industry and worked as Technical Services Manager for a Taiwan Shrimp Feed Company. He is an expert in Technical Support Services to the Shrimp farmers and uses his expertise for the Marketing Division of our company Mr.K.R.P.S.Kumara (B.Sc., M.Sc.), Reading Ph. D – Quality Assurance Director A Master Degree holder in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and continuing his Ph.D. at the same University with more than 12 years of experience in Prawn Hatchery and Farming Operations including Aquaculture Laboratory and Microbiology Research experiences with wider knowledge in Sea Food Processing Sector Mr.R.C.N.S Ramachandra (B.Sc., M.Sc.) – Director - Exports Holds M.Sc. in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management with more than 10 Years of Shrimp Hatchery Production Experiences including installation of PCR and Aquaculture Laboratory. Carries very good knowledge in Probiotic Technology to replace Antibiotic in Prawn Hatcheries and Farms. He is an Expert in Quality Management Systems in Sea Food Export Sector in Sri Lanka.
