  1. 酒名：2010 Ceretto Barbaresco Asij 巴巴瑞斯克亞詩紅酒 酒廠： Aziende Agricole Ceretto 產區： Piedmont (Barbaresco) 義大利 品種： Nebbiolo 100 % 料號： 10011610 創立於1930s年代，現由Ceretto家族第三代接手經營的Aziende Vinicole Ceretto酒廠，位於義大利西北邊的知名葡萄酒產區Piedmont。旗下擁有四座獨立的葡萄酒莊園以及一間蒸餾酒廠，總共擁有超過120公頃的葡萄園面積。 Viticulture and Vinification: 1987年，Ceretto買下了Alba附近的一座農場並改建成酒廠的總部 - Monsordo Bernardina，除了擁有寬敞完善的儲酒空間，也生產酒廠著名的酒款: Arneis Blangé, Arbarei, Brut La Bernardina, Monsordo, Dolcetto Rossana, Barbera Piana, Nebbiolo Bernardina, Barbaresco Asij, Barolo Zonchera 及Barolo Chinato等。 Asij的葡萄園位於Barbaresco區，面西南方、坡度260-280公尺，土壤混合黏土、泥土及沙，面積4公頃的葡萄園。 溫控發酵完成後的酒會經過一個星期的葡萄皮與汁液浸潤過程，最後一部分的酒液會被放入大型的木桶、一部份存放在小型三百公升的木桶經過24個月的桶中熟成時間。 Tasting notes: 呈明亮酒紅色，有漿果、巧克力與咖啡的香氣，末端飄出淡淡的玫瑰花香；酒體飽滿，帶有些許菸草及辛香料個性、單寧柔順，餘味留有芳香的果香。 具有陳年至2025的窖藏實力。 Awards: Wine Advocate 90 Wine Spectator 88(2009) 年總產量：僅 2,400箱。 www.evergreet.com.tw
