Communications Media Plan Contact: Margaret Enloe 410-267-5740, menloe@chesapeakebay.net Status Due Date: June 14 • Components: • Media Advisory – June 27(informal) AND July 2(formal) • Due to the July 4 holiday, there will be two advance notices to media announcing the EC Meeting. The 1st will be an unofficial notice to go out June 27; the 2nd formal advisory will go out first thing July 2. The media advisory will focus on the theme of implementation (w/o saying implementation) and set a positive, hopeful tone for the day. The advisory will include listing of key public figures participating and details on event location and time.
