SQE TRR Assessment • FSW Documentation up to date • LAT-SS-00399 FSW Requirements Specification • LAT-TD-00786 FSW Test Plan • LAT-MD-00104 FSW Management Plan • FSW-related Quality Documentation up to date • LAT-MD-00091 LAT Quality Manual • LAT-MD-00472 Corrective & Preventive Action • Test Procedures are complete and in LATDocs, Test Scripts are in CVS and all are under CCB control • Requirements Matrix has been verified for completeness • Participation in FSW CCB and regular auditing of JIRA items verifies that FSW CCB and corrective action processes are being followed per LAT-MD-03082 and LAT-MD-00472 • Early SQE Test Procedure Dry Runs with the Test Team provided feedback to streamline successfully execute formal tests FSW System Checkout TRR: SQA

  3. SQE Post TRR Activities • Track open action items and lien list • Help to drive items to closure • Track JIRA Items • Provide Build verification support • FQT runs • Validate configuration prior to test execution • Witness and approve test execution • Participate in normal FSW CCB activities to support any needed software cycles • Help prepare final documentation package to include: • DID 335; Flight Software Requirements Specification • DID 336; Software Test Plan • DID 337; Software Test Procedures and Software Test Reports • DID 339; Software Management Plan • DID 340; Software/Algorithm Design Document • Version Description Document • Complete Code and Test Script Package • Prepare archival of Quality Records FSW System Checkout TRR: SQA
