What is NBI e-CLEARANCE PAYMENT? • NBI e-Clearance Payment Facility is an e-payment facility system for the acceptance of payment for the NBI Clearance Application. • The purpose of this is to eliminate long queue to NBI Center and for faster processing of NBI Clearance Application. • Pinoy Pera Padala was assigned as NBI e-Clearance Payment Aggregator.

Manual process of getting nbi • Go to any NBI Clearance Centers. • Fill out and present the accomplished application form together with two (2) valid ID’s to the Data Check Counter for checking if data are complete and correct. • Pay for the corresponding NBI Clearance fee at the Payment Counter. This might sound redundant but you need to fall in line again (after the Data Check Counter). This time, you’ll pay the corresponding NBI Clearance Fee. • The data on the application form will be encoded at the Data Entry or Encoding Counter. • Picture-taking or image capture and scanning of the applicant’s fingerprints (Biometric) will follow. • At the Image and Biometric Counter, name of applicant is automatically searched against the Name Database to check whether one has no or with namesake. • NBI Clearance certificate of one who has no namesake will be printed at the Printing Counter and released on the same date of application. Those with namesakes are verified against the Criminal History Database to check whether one has criminal record/s.

  6. Nbi e-clearance system process 1. Go to any Pinoy Pera Padala Authorized Partner Outlets. 2. Client will Fill Up Nbi Payment Form and NBI Application Form 3. Pay your NBI Clearance Fee according to purpose (P115,P165,P415) Service Fee P25.00 and encoding fee P50.00 4. Teller will check all information written in the NBI Payment Form and NBI Application Form and encode it to the www.nbi-online.com site. 5. Teller will give the Printed QR Code and present to Biometrics Lane in any NBI e-Clearance Centers.

  8. HOW TO PROCESS THE NBI REFENCE NUMBER

  9. 1. Client goes to Authorized NBI e-Clearance Payment Center to pay for their NBI e-Clearance

  10. 2. Client will fill up the NBI Clearance Payment Form and Clearance Application Form. 3. Teller will check all the information written by the client to PPP System to generate NBI Reference Number and input personal information of client to nbi-online site for QR Code printing.

  11. 5. Give the Validated NBI Payment Form and printed QR Code to client. And get Payment, (NBI Clearance Fee (115.00,165.00,415.00) + Service Fee (25.00) + Encoding Fee (50.00) 4. Client will also receive the NBI Reference Number thru SMS.

  12. 4. Client will then present the Printed QR Code to the Biometric Lane of any NBI e-Clearance Centers.

Input information of the Client. • EMAIL Address • must be a gmail email account. • make sure the email address is still active and client remembers the password • if they don’t have email account, create email address for them • make sure that you type the correct email address. Otherwise you will not receive the confirmation code which will be sent in the email address you provided and you cannot proceed to the encoding process. • Confirm Email Address • Click PPP • Enter NBI REFERENCE Number (9 digit numeric) • Enter Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy) Month/Day/Year • Choose Purpose • Enter Captcha

  16. 3. You will receive Email Message from NBI of your Confirmation Code.

  17. 4. Copy Confirmation Code and paste it in the box then click VERIFY.

  18. 5. Fill up the following fields. Click COMPLETE MY REGISTRATION.

  19. 6. Receive another email message from NBI.

  20. 7. Click OK to proceed to the PERSONAL INFORMATION / CLEARANCE APPLICATION PAGE.

  21. 8. Fill Up all required field. Be sure that all data you enter are correct. Once you click SAVE TO CLEARANCE you cannot edit the information encoded.

  22. 9. After you save the data press PRINT.

  23. 10. Another window will open. You can now print you NBI CLEARANCE QR CODE PRINTOUT and give it to the Customer. Customer will then go to any NBI E-Clearance Center.

How to submit booking request: Key in: BOOK<space>Ref#<space>LocationCode<space>MMDDYYYY<space>HHMM<space>Name Sample: BOOK AAAABT9 NBIMAIN 11202011 0800 Juan dela Cruz Send to: 09175638054 [HHMM is the time you desire to go to the eClearance center of your choice (e.g. “0800” for 8AM, “1400” for 2PM)] The Reference Number refers to the Reference Number that you received from the payment facility. Note: All clearance center stated is open Monday-Friday (except on holidays).

  26. Common Error Encountered • Pinoy Pera Padala System: • Result is empty • this is a system connection error. • Call PPP Head Office 990-2728 • Insufficient Fund • means that your prefund balance is not enough to cover the transaction • Contact Kwartagram/ your Supervisor

Forgot Password (with existing nbi online accounts only) • Go to https://nbi-online.com/forgotpassword • Instruction will be sent to your email.

Guidelines in nbi e-clearance encoding: • One email address = one nbi-online account, if the clients need more than one NBI Reference Number he/she must provide a different email address. • Please make sure that their email addresses are active and they still remember their password. If the Client is not sure if their email account is still active, try sending them an email using your email account. If it bounces back, then it is no longer active. • Please make sure that you have NOT mistyped clients email address. Please verify to the client first before proceeding. • Use only GMAIL Account. To be sure that the client will receive the Confirmation Code. • EMAIL Address is not Case-sensitive.

  30. Guidelines in nbi e-clearance encoding: • Please check client’s full email address, there are email address that has a .ph in the end like johnsmith@yahoo.com.ph . Yahoo.com and yahoo.com.ph are different addresses. Therefore, if you are missing an address, Client will not receive any confirmation code. • In checking, email accounts of clients if it is not in the INBOX try searching the SPAM/JUNK folder or better yet search the name NBI MAILER or mailer@nbi-online.com in the search field next to the Yahoo! Mail and Google logo. It will filter all your email. • if NBI-Online does not accept special characters. If name of client has “ñ ” you can just type the letter “n”.

  31. Guidelines in nbi e-clearance encoding: • Once inside the NBI Online System (Encoding) please make sure that you type all Clients information correctly. There are instances that the Client encounters complications in getting their NBI Clearance due to wrong information encoded in their nbi-online accounts like wrong birth date, instead of 12/01/1991 it becomes 01/12/1991 the format of birth date is mm/dd/yyyy (month/date/year) or no height or weight provided. So please be careful in typing client’s information. PPP, RDMSI, or NBI will not be reliable for this error. • Do not forget to inform clients that they must go to the NBI E - CLEARANCECENTERS ONLY for the validation of their QR Code. • The PRINTED QR CODE MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE NBI E-CLEARANCE CENTERS with 2 valid ID’s otherwise the NBI Payment Form Receipt will not be honored.
