  1. Duties of the Project Steering Board For the successful management and duly completion of the project a Project Steering Board (PSB) has to be set up. The Poject Steering Board shall be composed by competent representatives of all PPs. The Project Steering Boards composition will be mentioned in the Start-up Report. The PSB will be chaired by the LP. The PSB will come together on a regular basis during the six monthly consortium meetings. Or eventually when the project faces severe problems. Associated institutions shall be invited to take part in the Steering Board in an advisory capacity.

  2. Duties of the Project Steering Board The Steering Board shall: Be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the project; Decide on any budget changes as in § 11 of the Partnership agreement; Be responsible for the settlement of any disputes among project participants (as stipulated in § 23 of the PA); Have the possibility to set up sub-groups/ working groups to deal with specific tasks related to the project Further aspects, including the mediation or resolution of disputes between the Steering Board and the PP(s) may be set out in the Rules of Procedure of the Steering Board.
