Overhung V-belt fan problem

Overhung V-belt fan problem. Tuan BV. Motor V-belt side-Radial vertical. Indication misalignment V-belt or eccentricity pulleys Generate high peak value at 1x motor & 1x fan. 1X fan. Motor V-belt side-Vertical horizontal. Peak value increased after realignment V-belt maybe by the tension.

  2. Motor V-belt side-Radial vertical Indication misalignment V-belt or eccentricity pulleys Generate high peak value at 1x motor & 1x fan 1X fan Name of Presentation/Event

  3. Motor V-belt side-Vertical horizontal Peak value increased after realignment V-belt maybe by the tension After Before Name of Presentation/Event

  4. Fan radial vertical NDE-Velocity Peak value increased but may not serious Name of Presentation/Event

  5. Fan radial vertical NDE-Acceleration Peak value increased more serious 1X, 2X, 3X… Main reason is due to tension of the belt associate with eccentricity?? Why increasing velocity was only shown by acceleration?? Name of Presentation/Event

  6. Fan radial vertical NDE-Overall velocity Why did overall velocity not increase while acceleration increased ?? How is efficient of acceleration and what is it show?? Name of Presentation/Event
