  7. Plants and Animal Parts Media Includes Songs, poems, videos, anchor charts, child-friendly websites Student Observation Journal

  8. Evaluation/Field Testing CVSD--grades science by effort only Use Student Observation Journal to observe effort and understanding Use Student Observation Rubric to give effort grade and evaluate unit for engagement
