  4. 测试标准的确定 • 客户可以根据自己的需求,提出ODM主板的验收测试标准; • 如客户不提出验收测试标准,研华参考标准产品,提出验收的测试方法

  5. ODM合同签定 在合同签定时, 就要明确: • 产品的规格及验收标准 • NRE的费用,产品的单价 • 产品的开发时间,供货周期

  6. 开发费用及单价 订货要求 首次小批量, 不少于 20PCS 批量生产,一次出货量不少于 200 PCS 开发费用 SOM底板开发: RMB 10万元 出货1500Pcs后,返还 50% 全新主板: RMB 20万元 出货 3000 Pcs后,返还50% 价格 Price=Cost X (1+GP) Cost=BOM+制造费用+料件损耗+库存损耗 GP=25%~35%

  7. 供货保证 研华保证3年的供货时间 • 采用可以保证3年以上供货的材料 • 研华尽量采用有信誉大厂的芯片(如Intel) • 如主要芯片意外停产, 客户需要提供不可撤消的预估数量, 研华做芯片备料 • 如客户要求采用的料件为特殊件,则客户须自行备料或协助研华备料

  9. ODM产品的时间 8~10周 2~4周 6~8周 首次小批量生产 客户获得3 pcs ES1 客户测试 设计开发 OK NO Debug, 修改设计,重新生产 客户获得首次批量产品 6周
