Bartz was born August 29, 1948 in Winona, Minnesota. • Mother died when 8 years old, raised her two year old brother • Moved to Wisconsin at 12 to live with Grandmother after abuse from father was detected • BA in Computer Science in 1971 from University of Wisconsin • Married to Bill Marr former executive of Digital Executive systems and Sun Microsystems one child together. • Hobbies golf, gardening and tennis
