  3. Question • Can Revenge be used for good?

Music • Song- Toy Soldiers • Artist- Eminem • Lyrics- “There used to be a time when you could just say a rhyme and not have to worry about people dying and how its elevated ‘cause once you put someone’s kids in it, it just gets escalated” • Explanation- One of Eminem’s fans tried to get revenge for him, but he killed another person. Eminem tried to save him because he didn’t want anyone to die.

  5. Movie • Title- Tower Heist • Summary- Workers have to steal back money that their boss owes them and their fellow employees. They try to steal the money back, but instead steal a car that later turns out to be made of gold. The worker and his friends send out a piece of the car to all the workers and people that helped to steal it. • Explanation- The characters of the movie get revenge to help their wronged employees.

  6. Current Event • Title- Sweet Revenge: Chocolate eaters are thinner. Really • Author- Alice Park • Summary- Everyone thinks that chocolate is bad for you, but it can lower you BMI. Chocolate can actually help people have healthier hearts. • Explanation- Chocolate is getting revenge by lowering BMIs even though chocolate is normally thought of as unhealthy.

  7. Romeo & Juliet • Act 3 Scene 1 • Summary- Tybalt and Mercutio get into a fight that ends with a fatal blow to Mercutio. Romeo gets angry and kills Tybalt for revenge. • Explanation- Romeo uses revenge for evil by killing Tybalt. He get exiled for being a murderer.

  8. Conclusion • Revenge can be used for good or evil. It all depends on how you use it. In the movie Tower Heist revenge is used for good because the characters are stealing for their co-workers and friends. In Romeo and Juliet revenge is used for evil because Romeo murders another person just to get payback for his friend. He later gets exiled because of his choice. The reader can infer that revenge can be used for good or evil. It just all depends on how you use it.
