  3. Formation • 1. yo form present tense: llamo • 2. remove the “o”: llam • 3. add the opposite present tense tú ending (-ar +es & -er/ir +as): llames • 4. no llames • Ie: Don’t call me after 10 pm: • No me llamesdespués de lasdiez de la noche

DOPs/Reflexive Pronouns etc. & Negative tú Commands • Place DOPs before the negative command (after the “no”) • Ie: Don’t call me after 10 pm: • No mellamesdespués de lasdiez de la noche • Ie: Don’t eat chocolate. • No lo comas. • Ie: Don’t brush your teeth w/ the dogs toothbrush. • No tecepilles los dientes con el cepillo del perro.
