  1. American FamilyInsurance Claim This is on the house only on my property. Photos are of what each place looked at time of sale in 9/2011, when I got the property back 6/2014, and after repairs & restored 9/2014. I took almost 200 pictures and did my best in showing you.

  2. Tim, • I took over 200 pictures and having trouble locating some that show the holes (which were countless. Gouges that were so big and deep/ mud & Taped all) • Broken lights • Broken sockets and plates • In the kitchen he built the backing of counter top over parts of sockets, so I had to buy metal ones so we could cut them. • I paid for all with a bank loan of $8, 500, cash, savings, credit cards • As you can tell will receipts I went for the sale, inexpensive/quality items, and searched for discounts all the time. Plus, a few rebates. • I kid you not, fixtures had broken light bulbs too. • Every day the carpenter/handy man discover another problem and we troubleshooted quickest, quality fix or if I should leave it.

  3. Time of Sale in 2011 I kept up with my place and it all was in GREAT condition then.

  4. Missing Window casings, broken registers, sockets, plates Time of Sale 2011 Deck Repair Window Screen repair and NEW frames for some. Week before they moved Screens are missing in front windows They busted out skirting around deck Mangled Screens & Frames in a pile of mud and weeds

  5. Continued…….. Many holes in siding Busted lattice backsteps both sides Many holes in siding, corner pieces, etc. Found more when 3-5 ft weeds were cut down. Patched and painted to match old siding.

  6. After 2014 New Frames and rescreened all around home except for 4 windows. Patched and painted siding hardly shows.

  7. A few lights were replaced because of broken wires/sockets throughout house Window casings gone in 3 rooms. Broken ceiling fan & remote. Replaced with less expensive one Broken Faucets, crack in tub on bottom, water damage to counter around it. Master Closet, door, base trim, door & trim, and crown molding ripped out. Ripped out perfectly nice base molding, crown molding, around doors, window casings in over ½ of house This room also had a broken fixture

  8. New window casings, Registers, plates, and two sockets Many registers were replaced. Found a pile of them busted, ran over in the front yard under garbage bags. New/Used whirlpool tub (other was garden tub)Trip, New lights, fix plumbing, base & crown molding, door trim, etc. etc. New ceiling fan, window casings, base & crown molding, new plates, and a socket.

  9. New lights in some rooms, New base molding, door trims, crown molding. New base and crown molding, new register, Fix sink, New Faucet New lights in some rooms, New base molding, door trims, crown molding.
