Communication is an integral part of our existence, and we cannot imagine to go through the activities of a day without the use of communication. In simple terms, communication is an act of transferring information from one person to another or from one place to another. Like in all the other fields, it is the most vital aspect of any organization, where in it is referred to as organizational communication.

Organizational communication helps and empowers employees to know what an organization stands for, why it exists, who its customers are, how work is completed, who has authority over given tasks and so on. In fact, it is a bonding that holds everything together in an organization, and is the backbone for its successful working.

Such communication also helps in socializing, besides altering and moulding attitude of employees.

Employees can communicate with their managers, peers, customers, vendors etc with the press of a few buttons, with an additional advantage of the entire communication process being recorded, which can be accessed any time for taking correct and well informed decisions.
