  2. GPS – Management Bryan S. Newell, President and major shareholder of Global Production Solutions, Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Newell was General Manager and Corporate Treasurer of Electric Submersible Service (ESS). His duties with ESS included managing HR, purchasing and procurement, inventory, and manufacturing production. Before rejoining Eddie’s Submersible in 1998, Mr. Newell was a senior technician with ManTech Inc. contracted to the US EPA’s Robert S. Kerr National Groundwater Research Laboratory. Mr. Newell’s duties with ManTech included lab and field research sampling and analysis, monitoring well drilling, and operating procedure development. Mr. Newell spent 9 years with ManTech. Mr. Newell is also general manager and major shareholder of Newell Oil and Gas, Inc. and Board Member and major shareholder in Whitewater Transports Inc. Mr. Newell holds a BS in Chemistry from East Central University, and an MS in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma. Derek Newell, CEO and major shareholder of Global Production Solutions, Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Newell was VP of Operations for Electric Submersible Service (ESS). Mr. Newell has over 17 years experience in the oilfield product and services industry. He has held an number of managerial positions within ESS. Mr. Newell is also a major shareholder owner of Newell Oil and Gas, Inc. He also has attended business programs offered through South Eastern State University, and East Central State University.

  3. GPS – Business Development Greg P. DeLong, Senior Vice President & Business Development Manager Prior to joining GPS, Mr. DeLong, was General Manger – Latin America for Borets-Weatherford International. Mr. DeLong has over 27 years experience in the sale and marketing of ESP equipment on a global basis. He has held a number of senior positions with both public (multi-national) and private companies involved in the oilfield product & services industry. These companies include, Borets-Weatherford , Weatherford, Wood Group, Schlumberger, Reda Al-Khorayef , Tierra Alta, Temtex, Total Well Solutions and Sibtex China Ltd. In his career he has also been directly responsible for business development in countries around the world . These activities include; mergers / acquisitions, technology transfers and business start-ups in Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Venezuela , Columbia, Ecuador, Brazil and Slovakia. Mr. DeLong holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.

  4. GPS –Sales & Service John W. Banta, International Sales & Service Manager, Global Production Solutions, Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Banta was Sales and Service Manager for ESS. Mr. Banta has over 29 years experience in sales, service and operations within the ESP industry. He has held an number of managerial positions with leading multi - national providers of oilfield product and services including Wood Group and Baker Hughes Inc. Mr. Banta has worked extensively in the US and Internationally with postings, in Oman, Saudi-Arabia and Kuwait. Douglas Detherow, North America Sales Manager, Global Production Solutions, Inc. (GPS). Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Detherow was Regional sales manager for Borets-Weatherford. Mr. Detherow has over 16 years experience in the ESP industry. He has held a number of sales and product line managerial positions with leading multi-national providers of oilfield product and services including Baker-Hughes-Centrilift, Weatherford International and Borets-Weatherford. Mr. Detherow has worked extensively in the US including Alaska, and has helped develop markets in Canada, Venezuela, Brazil, UK, Oman, Egypt and Indonesia.

  5. GPS – Sales & Service Tim Rogers, Field Services Supervisor, Global Production Solutions, Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Rogers was Field Services Supervisor for ESS. Mr. Rogers has over 11 years experience in field operations within the ESP industry. He has held supervisory positions with leading Multi - National providers of oilfield product and services including Wood Group ESP and Neo Fluid Systems, Mr. Rogers has held US and International positions, in Oman and Kuwait. Gabriel C Cochran, Sales Engineer, Global Production Solutions, Inc (GPS) Gabe has 11 years of oilfield service and operations experience specializing in installation commissioning and training of oil well down hole and surface instrumentation for natural flowing and artificially lifted wells worldwide. Gabe was a Field Engineer for Schlumberger specializing in running electronic tools on wireline, slickline, and is certified in Surface Well Testing at flow rates up to 10000 BOPD and surface pressures up to 15 kpsi. Between 2001 and 2003 Gabe had run more successful production logs on slickline in memory than any Schlumberger Engineer in the world and was the Field Engineer Instructor for production logging at the North and South America Training Center in Kellyville, OK. Gabe also worked as the Global Field Service Manager at Geophysical Research Company in Tulsa, OK specializing in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training of down hole pressure and temperature sensors.

  6. GPS – Automation Christopher Fletcher, General  Manager, Electronics and Automation, Global Production Solutions Inc. (GPS) Mr.  Fletcher is considered a leading controls system engineering expert in oil/gas and manufacturing venues.  Fletch has over 19 years of automation and controls related experience in designing and implementation of industrial networks, PLC systems, HMIs, SCADA, and manufacturing processes.  Mr. Fletcher has held managerial roles in engineering and field operations within the oil industry.  Previous to joining GPS Mr. Fletcher spent  seven (7)  years  with Baker Hughes Centrilift, four (4) years with Willbros Engineers, and five (5) years with Callidus Technologies Inc.  Mr. Fletcher has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oral Roberts University. Benjamin Chew, Automation Engineer for Global Production Solutions Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Benjamin was a Project Engineer for Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) designing and programing controls systems for specialized industrial machines. His projects covered a wide variety of applications, including Materials Handling, Heat-Treat Systems, Product Finishing\Polishing Systems, and Machine Safety Systems. Before his time at MMS, Mr. Chew worked as a Programming Engineer for Enercon Engineering developing and testing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for Medium Voltage Switchgear and Generator Controls Systems. These systems included primary and backup power stations for Data Centers, Hospitals, Water-Treatment Facilities, Prisons, Mining Operations, Radar (Missile Defense), as well as sellback systems for Methane Gas Co-gen. Mr. Chew has extensive experience with HMI, PLC, and SCADA programming and with a wide variety of serial and Ethernet-based communication protocols.

  7. GPS – Automation Brent K Ulrich, Sr. Electronics Engineering Technician for Global production Solutions Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, Brent was a Sr. Electronics technician for GPS Subsidiary Solid State Controls (SSC). Brent has 10 years experience in the oilfield electronics & field automation and over 35 years experience in the field of electronics. US army retired. Considered a military expert in navigation/communication/automatic flight control system repair. He taught courses on navigation equipment repair, aviation systems repair, aircraft survivability equipment repairer, & reservoir downhole sensors. James Frisbee, Sr. Automation Engineer for Global Production Solutions Inc. (GPS) Prior to joining GPS, James was Sr. Field Engineer for Geophysical Research Company (GRC) and a Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for Willbros Engineering. Mr. Frisbee has extensive experience in design and implementation of SCADA and Automation/Control systems in upstream and downstream segments of the Petroleum industry. Mr. Frisbee has extensive international experience in the countries Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, U.A.E, India, Nigeria, Ecuador, Venezuela and Surinam. Mr. Frisbee holds a B. Sci. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
